Concept
Inviting with stylish sophistication and flair, Olé! Tapas Bar delivers tastes and wines reminiscent of the Mediterranean Coast of Spain. Wines, small plates and entrées are perfect for sharing and comparing… All in a dynamic setting with intimate booths, quaint alfresco dining, and at tall tables amidst the electric bar scene.

Beverages
A select wine list features unique and interesting Spanish, Argentinean, Chilean & Californian wines; a full bar offers classic cocktails as well as a line of fun, specially created drinks including sangrias, martini’s and other beverages that highlight seasonal produce and current trends.

The Olé Signature
The Olé Signature offers a twist on the standard amuse, while paying tribute to the true origins of tapas. The word tapas translates as a lid and in old Spain the practice of placing a small saucer on top of a drink to keep out flies began with an order by King Alfonso X. While he was king he ordered that at all inns serve small bites of food while serving wine. He believed this would help promote good health and soon … the tapas tradition was born. Spain is a very social country and in old Spain people would move from inn to inn to enjoy wine tasting and often political conversation – all with a few nibbles placed on the cover plates.

Look & Feel
Designed with European influences, by architect Georgios Apostolidis and Tracy Redwood from "Innovative Creations", the dining room is covered in warm shades of burnt oranges and browns. Three wall murals echo the theme of Olé! with images of Spanish tradition. There is a long sleek bar for cocktails as well as tall bar tables, inviting nooks, cozy booths, a contemporary lounge area and outdoor seating along bustling Ventura Blvd.

Parking
Valet parking is available as well as self parking along Ventura Blvd.
